President, ACDA at ASU
I was the president of Arizona State University’s chapter of The American Chroal Directors Association. While in the position I ran meetings, organized choral events, and actively participated in choral and solo activities as a both a learner and a teacher.
January 2020 - December 2021
President, Concert Choir
I was the president of the top choral ensemble, The Concert Choir, at Arizona State University. While in this position I worked under the director as an assistant, supported and worked directly with the members of the choir, and assisted in rehearsals.
August 2014 - July 2016, August 2018 - Current
Piano Teacher
I began teaching in 2014 and taught for 2 years before taking a break. I started up my studio again in 2018 and have been teaching ever since. I absolutely love working with my students and helping them to be the best musicians that they can be.

Voice Teacher
I have worked with vocal student for many years prior to 2021 but did not officially start teaching privately until then. I love singing and have always enjoyed helping others to improve their skills and to grow in their own passion for singing.

I am a piano accompanist with choirs, vocalists, and instrumentalists. I have worked with many different people and played many different genres over the years.

Student Leadership
I have been a student leader in many different ensembles at Arizona State University. I was the section leader of the soprano section of the Gospel choir, the Barrett Choir, and the Concert Choir. I have help the position of secretary in the American Choral Directors Association prior to becoming the president. And I have been an assistant to many different choral directors over the years
Summers of 2018-2020
Director and Teacher, INSPIRE Entertainment
I was the director of music camps and musicals, and worked as a teacher at INSPIRE Entertainment. I taught music and organized events for all ages and lead group choral ensemble activities.
July 2022-June 2023
General Music Teacher and Choral Instructor at Great Hearts Archway Lincoln
During my time at Archway Lincoln I taught general music, this includes music theory, music history, vocal training, choral instruction, and instrumental instruction. I directed and ran entire school concerts with over 750 students. I also taught each grade to sing challenging music with many different parts and harmonies.

BS in Music Education
I am currently in the process of completing my Bachelors degree in Music Education at Arizona State University. I studied both piano and voice while at ASU. I am qualified to teach music of all levels.

Private Vocal Instruction
I have been taking private voice lessons since 2006 since an will continue taking them as it is important to maintain a voice at all times. I have studied under many amazing vocal teachers and professors throughout my youth and during my time at Arizona State University.
August 2003 - May 2015
Private Piano Instruction
I took private piano lessons for many many years and eventually continued my learning on my own. I also worked with many professors at ASU and have grown this skill through different collaborative activities in the music college.

My Skill Set
Music Literacy
I focus on music literacy in my lessons and work with all of my students to ensure that they are proficient in understanding and reading music. This is a skill that I deeply value and use everyday.
Interests
Fun. Fun. Fun.
The Outdoors.
I love to bye active! Any time that I can get outside I take it. I love to go camping, hiking, Kayaking, and running. Anything outdoors and I am there.
Family Time
I love my family. I spend most evenings visiting and spending time with family. My family means the world to me and I don’t know what I would do without them.
Food!!
I am not embarrassed to admit that I am a foodie! I love food, I love to try new places and to experience different foods. My husband and I often take turns choosing new places to eat!
Spending Time With Friends
If I’m not with my family then I am with my friends! I love surrounding myself with those I love and spending time with them.
Bear
I love animalis! This is our dog Bear. She is probably one of the most spoiled dogs you will ever meet!

My husband and I have been blessed with a sweet baby girl. She is our entire world and the light of my life!
